i've been listening to Patti Smith recently, and rediscovered Dancing Barefoot ..
the figure is from otaish-stock, while the background is a blend of stock from stocks-by-manaxmomo .. and some original stock. |

=Otai my drawnings
the atmosphere is foreboding. the air seems dank like when you breathe on a mirror but the fog stays for like three seconds, and you try and keep breathing on it but the glass keeps coming back.
just one...thing...although this might be intended in which case ignore it entirely....on the righthand side, the gap between the second and third trees in, seems a little abrupt, like there's a wall of grass there or something.
if this was a collector's card that came in a little tin i would buy it.
that last point was because i can't imagine it being by itself, that it needs a series to make sense. and also because i want to kind of hold it, and keep it in my pocket. and look at it. a lot.
in PS, if you right click on a layer in the Layers Palette, you can select 'Blending Options' .. and then just let the fun and games begin!!

if you right-click on a layer in PS, one of the options is 'Blending Options', then choose the predominant colour you want to blend, and play with the sliders .. and you'll find that if you press the 'Alt' key, you can separate those black and white triangle slider thingies for total control over what you're doing. i used the same technique in a manip called 'Treemouth'.
